An opportunity to join one of the leading artisan bakeries in Vietnam and be part of an exciting and growing business established over 6 years ago.

Our bakery has experienced strong and consistent growth and has built a solid reputation in the market based on uncompromising quality, professional standards, and reliable operations.

We are now have an opening for several skilled and passionate Bakers positions with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional, high-quality, high-volume bakery environment - to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about baking, self-disciplined, positive, and committed to quality, and who wants to grow together with a stable and expanding company.

You will work together with a highly skilled and passionate team with a diverse range of artisan and professional bakery products, helping maintain the high standards expected by our premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce bakery products according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain high quality and consistency
  • Follow production plans and schedules
  • Work efficiently in a professional production environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Support improvements in production processes
  • Work closely with the bakery team to ensure smooth operations
  • Support the company's growth and development

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional high-quality, high-volume bakery environment
  • Experience in a professional bakery or 5-star hotel an advantage!
  • Experience with artisan products and bakery products such as: Sourdough Breads and Related Products, Croissants/Laminated Doughs, Brioche, Baguettes etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and product quality
  • Reliable and self-disciplined
  • Positive working attitude
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and improve
  • Comfortable with changes and business growth
  • Basic English is a plus
  • Culinary training is a plus
  • Must be legally able to work in Vietnam (Residency and/or Relevant Visa)

Compensation

Highly competitive salary and bonus package, based on experience.
