Responsibilities:
- Screening and selecting candidates
- Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and performing reference checks
- Contribute ideas for improving recruitment and make recommendations to academic managers
- Other recruitment activities as requested
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Already at the same position with 6+ months experience in recruitment and selection management.
- Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer or financial industry is a plus)
- Proficient in recruitment best practice, Vietnamese labour code
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner
- High flexibility and ability to manage recruitment function
- Strong in English communication
- Good presentation and persuasive skills
