everything from B2B projects, meaningful corporate activities to exciting B2C initiatives. You will find

yourself interviewing celebrity chefs one day and shooting original recipes, contributing to corporate

gift boxes the other day. This role offers a truly unique experience!

1. Responsibilities

As a Social & Content Executive you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive

social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive business growth. You will

implement and oversee the creation, production, and distribution of high-quality content across various

social media platforms, primarily focusing on short-form videos and creative content.

Content Creation and Production:

  • Build editorial calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, seasonal themes and other activities.
  • Input creative briefs, provide clear directions, oversee the performance of agencies and production
  • houses for content creation and shooting, including Reels and TikTok.
  • Write engaging captions, blog posts, newsletters, and ad copy per request. Collaborate with
  • designers or use tools to create graphics and videos.
  • Edit videos using CapCut for Stories, Reels and TikTok for real-time event updates.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Social Media Management:

  • Publish content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and
  • Instagram.
  • Monitor social media channels, communities and respond to comments, messages and mentions
  • promptly to build relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve future content.
  • Influencer Marketing:
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers (KOLs, KOCs) to promote the brand and our
  • products.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Track and measure the performance of influencer campaigns.

Brand Guardianship:

  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Stay Updated on Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Experiment with new formats and techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.

2. Diploma Experience

  • Bachelor's degree of Marketing, Communications is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing/Content/Communications/Social Media with similar
  • position, preferably within the F&B and FMCG industry.
  • Good foundations and understanding in communications and social media.
  • Proficiency in content orientation skills, content writing skills and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency office software and text-based Generative AI tools.
  • Proficiency in project implementation and management.

3. Skills

  • Ability to understand, discuss, ask questions, and build a brief for various internal and external
  • stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of graphic aesthetics and English skills to read and understand foreign documents is an
  • advantage.
  • Fluent presentation skills.
  • Teamwork skills & independent working skills.
  • Ability to withstand high pressure and good time management.
  • Basic baking and bartending skills are advantages.
