IPPG is seeking a highly professional and trusted Executive Personal Assistant to the Group CEO to provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the Group CEO.
The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication and judgment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-level business environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
CEO Calendar & Priority Management: Manage the CEO's complex business and personal calendar, proactively prioritize meetings and commitments, resolve scheduling conflicts and protect the CEO's time for key priorities.
Executive Communication & Briefing: Draft and review professional correspondence in both English and Vietnamese, consolidate reports and prepare concise briefing materials to ensure the CEO is well prepared for meetings and engagements.
Meeting & Action Management: Coordinate key meetings chaired by CEO, prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and actions, and proactively follow up with relevant teams and business units to ensure timely execution.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a professional point of contact between the CEO and IPPG leadership teams, member companies, international business partners, VIPs and government stakeholders.
Travel & Executive Events: Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, executive meetings, events and other external engagements.
Personal Support: Provide discreet and thoughtful support for selected personal and family matters of the CEO when required.
Digital & AI Productivity: Proactively leverage digital and AI tools to improve the efficiency, quality and responsiveness of the CEO Office.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive corporate and personal information.
Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Law, English or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Secretary supporting a CEO, Chairman or senior executive in a large corporation or multinational environment.
Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS above 7.0) ; additional languages are an advantage.
Excellent organization, time management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask and work accurately under pressure.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented and able to anticipate needs before being asked.
High EQ, discretion, integrity and absolute commitment to confidentiality.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern digital/AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, MS Copilot.
Professional presence and confidence in interacting with senior executives, international partners and VIP stakeholders.
Flexible to work outside regular office hours and travel domestically or internationally when required.
