Overview:
The Customer Service Executive delivers high-quality banking and operational support to our customers. You will handle daily frontline transactions, resolve inquiries expeditiously, and manage account services while ensuring strict compliance with Vietnamese regulations and the Bank's internal policies.
Responsibilities:
Frontline Operations & Transaction Processing
- Handle daily frontline transactions including cash management, fund transfers, cheque clearing, and the posting of vouchers.
- Open new accounts, maintain and update customer information, and securely scan customer signatures.
- Perform end-of-day cash balancing and ensure all vouchers are accurately reconciled.
Customer Service & Support
- Provide high-quality service to all levels of customers, promptly attending to and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Send necessary advices and account statements to customers in a timely manner.
- Assist the Officer in delivering satisfactory banking services and operational support to both external clients and internal team members.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations, as well as the Bank's internal policies and manuals.
- Perform accurate and organized filing for all documents related to frontline products.
- Undertake ad-hoc job assignments as assigned by management from time to time.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
- Graduate from a University or College, preferably majoring in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or English.
- Proven experience in handling customer service roles.
- Practical experience in handling cash transactions or accounting posts.
- Effective written and alternative communication skills, including the ability to confidently speak English to communicate with foreign customers.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
