Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing, implementing and continuously improving Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness and legal compliance.

The role supports payroll operations, HRIS accuracy, advisory services to Management, contributing to employee satisfaction, retention and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Manage and administer company-wide compensation and benefits programs to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with Company policies and local regulations.
  • Support the review, enhancement and implementation of C&B policies, structures and practices aligned with business strategy.
  • Provide professional advice to Management and employees on compensation, benefits and related matters.

2. Payroll & HRIS Administration

  • Oversee HRIS data accuracy and ensure proper system maintenance related to payroll, benefits and employee records.
  • Coordinate payroll-related matters for Expat employees, including salaries, benefits, social insurance and taxes.

3. Compliance & Regulatory Matters

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, social insurance requirements and trade union regulations.
  • Monitor updates in labor and C&B-related regulations and propose necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
  • Ensure legality, accuracy and timely communication of compensation, benefits and statutory matters.

4. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Managed and submitted on time local authority reports during the calendar year.

5. Advisory & Continuous Improvement

  • Support HR initiatives and projects related to talent management, organization development and HR transformation.
  • Train junior staff to become professional on C&B technical skills

Other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management/ BA/ Law or equivalent

Competencies Required

  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR operations.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs and labor regulations.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and reporting skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality and integrity.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
