As part of our continued expansion in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, we are seeking a Cluster Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction across a contemporary Spanish restaurant and two lifestyle beach clubs. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping culinary identity, building pre-opening kitchen operations, and driving excellence across multiple venues in a fast-growing resort destination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pre-opening culinary setup for multiple venues (beach club & restaurant concepts)
  • Drive pre-opening kitchen setup, SOPs, and operational readiness
  • Design and implement concept-driven menus aligned with brand identity
  • Ensure consistent food preparation and the highest calibre of food presentation
  • Build, train, and lead multi-venue kitchen brigades
  • Create, implement and maintain department objectives and ensure they are met and exceed, ensure that the morale of the kitchen staff is maintained by practicing positive strategies to motivate staff, encourage self-esteem and efficiency
  • Manage food cost, quality standards, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-volume, premium-quality dining experiences
  • Work closely with operations and F&B leadership on concept development.
  • Meets with guests on an informal basis during meals or upon departure to obtain feedback on quality
  • Ensure consistent delivery of luxury lifestyle dining experiences
  • Drive innovation while maintaining operational efficiency and consistency

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as Executive Chef / Cluster Executive Chef / Culinary Director within reputable luxury hospitality brands.
  • Strong international experience is required. Prior experience in Southeast Asia or Vietnam will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong background in luxury beach clubs, lifestyle dining, or premium multi-outlet operations
  • Hands-on pre-opening experience is a must
  • Experience in high-volume yet high-quality culinary environments
  • Strong leadership in international, multicultural teams
  • Creative mindset with ability to deliver concept-led cuisine.
