1. Key Responsibilities
- Advise and propose solutions for matters related to administration, legal affairs, and government procedures as directed by the Chairman.
- Assist the Chairman in daily management, operations, and decision-making activities.
- Prepare, consolidate, and draft documents, reports, and materials for meetings and the Chairman's work plans.
- Arrange and manage the Chairman's work schedule, meetings, coordination activities, and monitor the progress of assigned tasks.
- Act as the focal point for receiving, processing, and responding to internal and external communications (partners, clients, relevant authorities).
- Coordinate with internal departments to communicate the Chairman's instructions, monitor implementation, and report results.
- Participate in meetings, interviews as required, and perform other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
2. Required Qualifications & Skills
Professional Background
- Knowledge and experience in administration, public administration, corporate governance, law, foreign languages, IT, or related fields.
- Priority given to candidates who have worked with, coordinated with, or have strong understanding of government authorities, departments, or local administrations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to advise, synthesize information, and propose solutions to support executive management.
- Logical thinking, structured working style, proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; high level of confidentiality.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, calendar management, etc.).
