V-Green Global Charging Station Development JSC is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD). This role goes beyond traditional executive support by actively contributing to business analysis, cross-functional coordination, and strategic initiatives, including support for sales activities and market expansion efforts. The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic partner to the MD, working closely with multiple departments to help execute the company's vision, drive operational efficiency, and support growth initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, and prioritizing key engagements.
- Strategic Coordination & Business Analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain) to collect, analyze, and synthesize business data to support decision-making.
- Conduct basic business and performance analysis (e.g., KPI tracking, sales performance, operational metrics) and present insights to the Managing Director.
- Assist in monitoring progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Sales & Market Expansion Support
- Support the MD and Sales team in developing sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and market entry documents.
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to support expansion into new regions or segments.
- Help track sales pipeline updates, key partnerships, and strategic opportunities.
- Facilitate communication between the MD and business development teams to align on priorities and execution.
- Cross-Functional Liaison
- Act as a key liaison between the Managing Director and department heads, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Support internal reporting processes and ensure timely submission of updates from various departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting a CEO/Director or in a similar strategic executive support role.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in business analysis or cross-functional coordination.
- Proven ability to support sales initiatives, business development, or market expansion activities is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.
