Role Description The Executive Assistant to General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in Đà Nang. This position provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. The role involves preparing and processing expense reports, drafting and proofreading correspondence, organizing documentation, and maintaining confidential records. The Executive Assistant will coordinate internal communications, liaise with department heads and external partners, and support the General Manager in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Additional responsibilities include assisting with follow-up on action items, supporting hotel initiatives and events, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the General Manager's office.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management and office organization.
  • Candidates should possess experience in Executive Support and handling Expense Reports, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite), and strong document preparation and presentation skills.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should possess a customer-service mindset, high level of discretion, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Relevant experience in hospitality or a similar service-driven industry is beneficial.
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
