V-Green Global Charging Station Development JSC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to support the CEO in driving business growth, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and key execution partner to the CEO, ensuring the alignment and implementation of corporate strategies across business functions.
This role is particularly suitable for professionals with strong commercial, operational, and market development experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the CEO in managing business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of key business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and recommend growth strategies across the markets.
- Experience in franchise, multi-site operations, or market expansion projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, partners, and investors.
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, governance, and compliance activities.
- Lead special projects and strategic assignments as directed by the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in senior leadership roles (Business Development Director , Strategy Director, Operations Director)
- Strong business and operational mindset, with the ability to translate strategic directions into actionable plans and drive execution.
- Experience in market entry, business setup, project implementation, or operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, partners, and multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel and work overseas for extended periods based on business requirements.
- Candidates with experience in building operations from the ground up, launching new markets, or managing international operations will have an advantage.
