Key responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and report preparation. Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
2. Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, gathering necessary materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
3. Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, clients, and partners. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the executive team and across the organization.
5. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
6. Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required
Competencies:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2. Skills:
Data-Oriented:
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, making informed decisions based on quantitative and qualitative information.
- Experience with data management tools and software.
Problem-Solving:
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, think critically, and develop effective solutions.

Languages: Good communication in English (Chinese is a plus)
