Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to support daily commercial operations and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a resilient, detail-oriented professional with strong sales operations exposure and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the CCO in sales operations, reporting, and commercial coordination.
Assist in preparing sales documents, proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
Track sales pipelines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate cross-functional communication with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Support data analysis, forecasting, and numerical tracking related to commercial performance.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and problem-solving initiatives as assigned by the CCO.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Commercial Support, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
Strong balance of people skills and numerical / analytical thinking.
Resilient, proactive, and resourceful mindset.
Excellent communication skills with English proficiency.
