The Executive Personal Assistant serves as the strategic operational backbone for the CEO and Founder. This remote role requires a high-caliber professional capable of managing complex international schedules, confidential communications, global travel logistics, and high-level executive support across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's dynamic, multi-time zone calendar, prioritizing meetings, high-stakes investor discussions, client consultations, and strategic internal syncs
- Proactively screen, evaluate, and field meeting requests, emails, and phone calls to protect the CEO's time and focus on core company growth
- Compile briefing notes, agendas, and background research ahead of executive meetings, board discussions, and client presentations
- Organize complex international travel arrangements, including commercial and private flights, multi-city accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing
- Maintain detailed, real-time travel itineraries, managing schedule changes and unexpected disruptions smoothly across global time zones
- Accompany the CEO on international trips to manage logistics, schedule execution, and on-the-ground communications when required
- Act as a primary communication filter and representative for the CEO, drafting correspondence, emails, and internal memos with a high standard of professionalism
- Manage sensitive corporate, financial, and personal correspondence with strict confidentiality and discretion
- Liaise seamlessly with international partners, global clients, legal teams, and stakeholders across various digital platforms
- Monitor progress on key executive initiatives, following up with internal department heads and team members to ensure deadlines are met
About you
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO or an Executive is required.
- Exhibits absolute discretion and exceptional organizational agility
- Ready to accompany or coordinate international travel on demand
- Candidate must be from Vietnam
