Job Description

We are looking for Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) - Melia Danang Beach Resort (Vietnam)

Mission:

To provide support to the General Manager in the execution of tasks assigned to him/her and with a focus on the management of the Hotel's operational departments, with the aim of maximizing internal and external customer satisfaction.

What will you have to do

Operations

  • Support General Manager in executing action plans to optimize operations and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Participate in the hotel's operating committee

Finance

  • Provide input for forecasting and align operations with KPIs
  • Support operational audits and ensure compliance with standards

Sales & Revenue

  • Assist in upselling activities (Spa, Recreation, Laundry, Transportation) to drive revenue
  • Support sales activities, site inspections, and event delivery

Product & Brand

  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure service quality
  • Support marketing plans, brand programs, and SOP implementation
  • Enhance guest experience across all touchpoints

Rooms Division

  • Support supervision of housekeeping, front office, and related areas
  • Ensure service standards and coordination across departments

Food & Beverage

  • Assist in maintaining F&B service standards and daily operations
  • Support revenue optimization and hygiene compliance

Human Resources & Loyalty

  • Participate in service culture and brand training programs
  • Support loyalty initiatives and ensure guest satisfaction

Sustainability

  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives and projects

Health & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
  • Participate in training, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness

What are we looking for

  • Having knowledge of hotel operations, Rooms and knowledge of all operational positions of a hotel.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources Management and Talent Development.
  • Knowledge of IT tools used in Hotel Management.
  • Total geographic availability.
  • International experience.
  • Leadership, autonomy, strategic vision and solvent social skills.
  • Attention to detail and passion for excellence.
  • Dynamic and warm person, with a host profile and ability to lead the operations front and the guest center
