Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange business travel itineraries within Vietnam and abroad.
- Language & Translation:Act as a bridge for communication. Interpret during business meetings and translate documents/product materials betweenMandarin ChineseandEnglish.
- Sales & Operations Support:Assist in maintaining relationships with local distributors, hospitals, and clinics in HCMC. Help prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Office Administration:Handle daily office operations in Ho Chi Minh City (e.g., procurement, liaising with local vendors/landlords) to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Event Coordination:Support the planning and execution of medical aesthetic exhibitions, seminars, and doctor training sessions.
Requirements:
- Mandarin Chinese:Native or Professional working proficiency is aMUST.
- English:Fluent verbal and written skills.
- Vietnamese:Native fluency (required for dealing with local administration).
- Experience:1+ years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or sales support roles. Experience in theMedical/Aestheticsindustry is a big plus.
- Location:Currently residing inHo Chi Minh City.
- Skills:Proficient in MS Office. Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
- Traits:Detail-oriented, loyal, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
