Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and dynamic professional to join our executive team, working closely with the CEO to drive operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and business performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Business Operations

  • Play a key role in developing and enhancing internal systems, digital tools, workflows, and KPI frameworks across core departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Import–Export, Operations).
  • Consolidate, analyze, and interpret business data to deliver meaningful insights, performance reports, executive presentations, and financial summaries for the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Support the CEO in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and overall business performance management.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and actively participate in executing corporate initiatives, investment projects, and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, timely execution of initiatives, and seamless communication with the executive office.
  • Identify risks, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement across departments.
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners when required.
  • Support the Board of Directors and CEO in special projects and strategic assignments.

2. Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and priorities to ensure optimal time utilization and workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare executive meeting materials, attend key meetings with the CEO, record minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up and accountability.
  • Organize complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the CEO and visiting international partners.
  • Handle high-level guest relations, including hospitality coordination, corporate gifting, and official correspondence for special occasions.
  • Draft, review, and manage corporate documents, contracts, reports, and official communications as assigned by the CEO.
  • Oversee corporate communication channels including the company website and social media platforms to maintain a strong and professional brand image.

Job Requirements

Profile

  • Female, aged 35–45
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, import–export, or executive-level business support roles
  • Experience with ERP implementation is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of import–export operations and commercial contracts

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent financial acumen and business analysis capabilities
  • Strong data analysis and performance evaluation skills
  • Experience in KPI/OKR design, implementation, and monitoring
  • Ability to design and optimize business processes and organizational systems
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives
