Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and Execute Events: Coordinate all aspects of music events, including hiring performers, managing schedules, and overseeing event setup and breakdown.
Handle event permits, equipment rentals, stage setup, lighting, sound, and transportation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events via social media, email, and local outreach.
Develop and manage event budgets, monitor expenditures, and seek cost-saving opportunities.
Work closely with vendors, venue staff, and to ensure seamless event execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a positive experience for attendees and performers.
Post-Event Reporting: Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and generate reports for future improvements

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strongly preferred: candidates with knowledge of DJs, electronic music, and nightlife activities.
Solid project management, supervision, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, energetic, creative, and willing to work flexible hours during events.
