Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly event plans for:
- External audiences (seminars, customer conferences, industry events, technology exhibitions, roadshows, webinars, hybrid events).
- Internal activities (company summer trips, year-end events, annual sum-up programs).
- Propose event concepts and formats tailored to specific target audiences and business objectives.
Event Execution & Operations Management
- Take full ownership of the event execution process, including budgeting and implementation.
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- Manage and oversee both internal teams and external stakeholders on event days.
- Ensure events are delivered on schedule, within budget, and at a professional standard.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize the attendee journey before, during, and after the event (registration, check-in, follow-up activities).
Evaluation & Reporting
- Measure event effectiveness based on key metrics, including:
- Quantity and quality of attendees
- Brand awareness impact and customer feedback
- Prepare post-event reports and propose improvement initiatives for future events.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 46 years of experience in event management, preferably in B2B Marketing within technology sectors such as IT, AI, Cloud, or SaaS.
- Proven experience organizing:
- Industry seminars and conferences
- Customer conferences
- Medium to large-scale exhibitions and ev

- Strong planning, project management, and budgeting skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong B2B marketing mindset with understanding of the enterprise customer journey.
