This role is responsible to lead the strategic planning and delivery of high-profile international events, ensuring strong commercial performance and exceptional experiences for exhibitors, delegates, and attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end event delivery
- Drive revenue through sponsorships and exhibitions
- Manage budgets and ensure profitability
- Lead content development and event positioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations)
- Build stakeholder relationships and grow event portfolios
- Lead and develop high-performing teams
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience with an international exhibitions and conferences organiser
- Proven track record of launching and growing events
- Strong commercial and revenue-driven mindset
- B2B events experience required; education sector preferred
- Ability to attract high-level stakeholders
