Serena Immigration Services Inc., was founded in Toronto, Canada by Mr. Alnoor Kamani who is the Founder and CEO of the company. Mr. Kamani is a Licensed, Certified and Expert Canadian Immigration Consultant. We assist our clients with various Canadian Immigration application including Immigration, Citizenship, Visitor, Sponsorship and more. In addition to Canadian Immigration, we also provide Global Immigration Services to our clients including Direct Citizenship by Investment and Permanent Residency/Golden Visa by Investments.

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for an upcoming event on from January 20th to 21st in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Training will be provided to all the selected candidates. More information about the event, compensation and potential long-term opportunities will be discussed during the meeting.The Event Assistant will be responsible for assisting in event planning, managing event logistics, providing excellent customer service, utilizing strong organizational skills to ensure successful events and meet sales goals/targets.

  • Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Sales experience
  • Organization Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing event requirements
  • Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field will be an Asset

Language Requirement

Fluent in English and Vietnamese is a must.

Other Requirement

Selected candidates will be required to attend for all training sessions before the event and meet at the office for post-event debriefing.
