Role Overview

The Event & KOL Manager will be responsible for managing local events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to build brand awareness and drive student acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline events such as seminars, workshops, and university information sessions.
• Identify and collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and industry experts relevant to education and career development.
• Manage partnerships with local education consultants, communities, and institutions.
• Coordinate event logistics, promotions, and attendee engagement.
• Track event performance and lead generation metrics.
• Work with marketing teams to amplify events through digital channels.

Requirements

• 25 years of experience in events, partnerships, or influencer marketing.
• Strong network within education, career development, or professional communities.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Office: 170 Tran Quang Khai, Tan Dinh Ward, HCMC

Working Hours: 9 AM 6 PM (Monday Friday)
