Job Purpose

Responsible for developing sales and customer relationships within the ETC channel, including hospitals and healthcare projects, in the assigned territory. The role will manage hospital accounts, develop project-based sales opportunities, support tender activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainable business growth.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City or Ha Noi

Key Responsibilities

1. Hospital & ETC Channel Development

  • Develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with public and private hospitals, medical centers, and other healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, department heads, medical equipment/procurement departments, and tender teams.
  • Introduce Yuwell's product portfolio and identify suitable product applications and business opportunities within healthcare institutions.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships to increase product penetration and generate recurring business opportunities.

2. Project Sales & Tender Support

  • Execute project-based sales activities in line with assigned sales targets and business plans.
  • Identify and follow up on hospital projects, purchasing plans, budgets, and tender opportunities.
  • Coordinate the preparation of quotations, tender documents, product specifications, and other technical documentation required for projects.
  • Follow project progress from initial customer engagement and product introduction through contract signing and implementation.

3. Project Implementation & After-sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales Admin, Import, Warehouse, and After-sales Service, to ensure timely delivery and successful project implementation.
  • Support the After-sales team during product handover, installation, user training, and warranty processes when required.
  • Maintain relationships with customers after project completion to identify additional sales opportunities and strengthen customer satisfaction.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze information related to hospital projects, purchasing budgets, procurement plans, competitors, and market developments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, project pipeline updates, and ETC market reports.
  • Provide practical recommendations on customer development and sales strategies based on market insights.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates on customer activities and project progress.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ETC sales, hospital sales, healthcare project sales, or medical device sales.
  • Understanding of hospital procurement and tender processes is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and institutional customer management skills.
  • Good project follow-up and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under sales pressure and manage long sales cycles.
  • Good reporting and basic project management skills.
  • Candidates with experience in blood glucose monitoring products, diabetes care products, respiratory care products, oxygen concentrators, nebulizers, or related medical devices will be highly preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English or Chinese are preferred.
