Job Description

About the Role:

STRIDE is looking for an ESMS / Sustainability & Compliance Officer to support the implementation of our Environmental & Social Management System (ESMS).

  • Salary: Upto 30M Gross (1 round English interview)
  • Working hours: 8:30 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
  • Company location: 147 Hai B Trng, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City

Responsibilities:

1. Documentation & ESMS System Management

  • Maintain and update ESMS policies, procedures, and templates
  • Manage document control systems to ensure proper filing and audit readiness
  • Ensure all E&S documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date

2. Audit & Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate internal and external E&S audits (IFC, lenders, third-party auditors, etc.)
  • Prepare and organize required documentation for audits
  • Support compliance alignment with international standards and internal policies

3. Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare periodic E&S reports for management, investors, and stakeholders
  • Maintain databases of E&S risks, audit findings, and monitoring results
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability and compliance
  • Support GHG data collection and reporting

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (credit, operations, technical, etc.) to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors, consultants, and partners
  • Support stakeholder communication related to E&S matters

5. Monitoring & Support (Limited Field Work)

  • Support site visits or inspections when required.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance of contractors and partners

Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience in: Sustainability / ESG / HSE; Compliance / audit coordination OR supply chain/manufacturing compliance
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Good data management and Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
