Job Description
NetSuite Administration
- Manage roles, permissions, security settings, and user access
- Maintain accounting periods, subsidiary setup, tax rules, and master data
- Monitor system health, performance, and scheduled jobs
- Own release preparation, testing, and rollout activities
Implementation & configuration
- Support initial and ongoing configuration of modules (Finance, Inventory, WMS integrations)
- Set up legal entity data, chart of accounts, products, pricing, and other foundational elements
- Configure dashboards, saved searches, workflows, and custom reports
- Work with Product/Tech on enhancements, new modules, and integrations
- Troubleshoot data flow issues and ensure accuracy across systems
- Support internal audits by providing reliable system data
User support & training
- Provide day-to-day support for Finance, Ops, and cross-functional users
- Troubleshoot issues and respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Create simple guides and train new users on workflows and reports
- Track recurring issues and propose fixes or process improvements
Documentation & governance
- Maintain system configuration documentation and change logs
- Work with Product/Tech on release notes, training materials, and UAT plans
- Ensure internal controls and compliance standards are met (access control, data handling)
Requirements
Must-have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields
- Hands-on 1-2 years of experience in ERP projects (implementation or administration)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of accounting workflows (AP, AR, GL, inventory)
- Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL or query tools
- Ability to self-learn and work independently
- Good English communication and ability to run small group trainings
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite (preferred), SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
- Prior experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics
- Familiarity with workflow tools, saved searches, scripts, or integrations
- Experience supporting UAT cycles and managing release timelines
