Role Description
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MS BC)
- Troubleshoot system issues and assist users with daily operations
- Maintain and update data within the ERP system (items, vendors, pricing)
- Support system configuration, testing, and deployment of new features
- Create and maintain documentation for processes and fixes
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve system efficiency
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (MS Business Central is a plus)
- Familiar with JSON, APIs, or basic system integration concepts
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
