Role Description
If you're a Python developer with a strong curiosity about the business domain and want to build IT solutions to help businesses improve efficiency
If you want to have a chance to work directly with business clients in the US
If you're not only interested in software development but also in business analysis and project management

What you will do
Build business solutions on Odoo ERP platform, typically:
- Develop and customize ERP modules using Python
- Implement system integrations
- Implement data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Analyze and document business requirements and technical specifications
Execute testing and debugging
What skills you will gain
Technical skills: ERP system, Python development, system integration, data migration, cloud, DevOps, security, etc.
English communication skills: 100% of our clients are businesses in the US. You will be in an English-speaking environment and have ample opportunities to communicate directly with clients and coworkers in the US.
BA skills: you will participate in analyzing and documenting business processes of typical companies in the US.
AI in development and analysis: we're applying AI at work, you will have access to advanced tools to grow your competency in the new AI era.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Python development experience, or experience in Go, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar languages.
Technical Skills:
Learning Agility: Ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, or programming languages as required.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
