Job Summary
We are seeking a PMO Consultant to support our SAP implementation projects. The role will be responsible for project governance, reporting, coordination, tracking, and communication across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP/SAP projects and strong capabilities in project coordination, stakeholder management, and PMO activities.
Main duties
- Support PMO activities during UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases of SAP projects
- Coordinate UAT activities, track testing progress, defects, risks, and issue resolution status
- Maintain project status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance documentation
- Prepare meeting minutes, project dashboards, and steering committee materials
- Coordinate communication among business users, SAP consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Support cutover planning, deployment readiness tracking, and post go-live support activities
- Monitor project timelines, key deliverables, and escalate potential risks or delays proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in PMO or SAP consulting for ERP/SAP implementation projects
- Good understanding of ERP project lifecycle, especially UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Experience in project tracking, status reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and similar project management tools
- Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional project environment
- High fluency of English
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects is a plus
