#Position: ERP Implementation Consultant - Operation
- Lead end-to-end implementation of WFX ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and map these needs to WFX ERP solutions.
- Customize and configure WFX modules to meet the specific business processes of each client.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensure adherence to timelines, and oversee successful project delivery.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients on ERP implementation methodologies and strategies.
- Work closely with technical teams to facilitate data migration, integrations, and custom development as necessary.
- Conduct user training sessions and offer continuous support to ensure the smooth adoption of the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions during and after implementation.
- Stay informed on the latest WFX Solution updates, new features, and industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients.
