In this role, you are the core creator of the optical module production line, a key backbone in the expansion of AI computing power business, and a future technical expert and management talent.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for equipment selection, installation, debugging, and maintenance for optical modules/optical engine production.
- Develop equipment maintenance plans to ensure stable operation.
- Analyze equipment abnormalities, propose improvement plans, and enhance equipment utilization.
- Support new equipment introduction and mass-production readiness projects.
- Prepare equipment operation guidelines and train operators.
Qualifications
- College degree or above, majoring in optoelectronics, materials, microelectronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
- Familiar with optical module or semiconductor packaging processes (e.g., COC, COB, fiber coupling, SMT, welding).
- Experience with DOE, SPC, FMEA or similar process optimization methodologies.
- Experience with 800G/1.6T optical modules or related optical products.
- Ability in equipment analysis, process verification, and troubleshooting.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
