Training & Communication: Participate in organizing safety training sessions and promoting a strong safety culture within the company
ISO System Maintenance: Participate in documentation updates and participate in audits and certification renewal for ISOs and related systems.
Regulatory and law compliance: Monitor, update, and report regulatory and law requirements on safety, health, environment, and fire prevention
Incident Investigation & Improvement: Collect and follow up on incident/near-miss reports; participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Reporting & Data Management: Compile QHSSE data and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports; participate in data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Customer Service: Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer complaints, identify root causes, and propose preventive measures.
Other Tasks: Perform other assignments as directed by the QHSSE Manager or the Board of Directors (BOD)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in safety, health, environment, industrial hygiene, ISO and quality management
2 - 3 years of experience in HSE/QHSE/QHSSE, preferably in manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, or transport, logistics, QMS, 6S
Basic understanding of Safety, Health Environment, Industrial Hygiene, ISO and Quality Management regulations
Ability to communicate in English, both speaking and writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Report-writing skills.
Logical and creative thinking, detail-oriented, responsible, good communication, and eager to learn.
