Working location: Lot 123-128-129-130, Road No 6, Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Park, Trang Bang, Tay Ninh. (shuttle bus from Tan Binh IP)
Working time: Monday Saturday (8:00-16:30)
Main duties:
- Develop & maintain the ISO requirements: monitor ISO policy & procedures, monthly EHS monitoring data, target and objectives.
- Control and implement EHS inspection, rescue plan for emergency accident such as fire explosion, chemical leakage and first aid, etc.
- Follow up all violation cases of EHS, Intellectual Property and Labeling.
- Checking suppliers license related to EHS.
- File properly all the document/records related, to be found easily when needed.
- Bi-weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half Year and Annual Reporting on the Corporate EHS System and to authorities as required.
- EHS Induction for employees and contractors.
- Gemba walk with site team, keep track on improvement plan.
- Ensure Safety Inspection of Equipment is carried out as required.
- Plan and organize Safety Program at site (Safety Week, Earth Day, Safety Month, Fire Drill, etc)
- Site EHS Budgeting and follow up on implementation.
- Perform other duties assigned by the EHS Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: University graduate or equivalent.
- English: intermediate
- Computer Skill: MS Office
- At least 2 years experience in Environment, Health & Safety.
- Having knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001; 5S is preferable.
- Hard-working, smart, trustworthy, and good interpersonal skills
