EHS OFFICER / EHS ENGINEER (Manufacturing)
Location: ECCO Vietnam Manufacturing site
Working time: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 5:30 PM
ECCO is looking for an EHS professional to ensure a safe, compliant and sustainable working environment, with a strong focus on workplace safety, firefighting systems, environmental programs and ISO management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Workplace Safety
- Conduct daily workplace safety inspections to identify potential risks and non-compliance
- Investigate accidents, injuries and near-miss cases; implement corrective and preventive actions
- Analyze safety data and incident trends to recommend improvement measures
Firefighting System
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate requirements and NFPA standards
- Prepare periodic firefighting reports in line with legal and corporate requirements
- Manage and maintain 100% firefighting records and documents for audit purposes
- Coordinate with vendors for regular system maintenance
Environmental & GREEN Programs
- Follow up Group KPIs on Climate & Energy, Pollution Waste & Chemical, Water Use & Conservation
- Manage waste management, energy management and domestic wastewater treatment plant
- Ensure 100% accurate and timely EHS data reporting
- Follow up ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001
ISO & Risk Management
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001
- Support property risk management, disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures
- Ensure compliance with ECCO Code of Conduct, guidelines and internal procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 23 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of local EHS regulations and occupational health & safety requirements
- Experience in firefighting systems, NFPA standards and local regulations
- Familiar with waste management and domestic wastewater treatment plant
- Experience with ISO systems is an advantage
