JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:Program Manager (Facilities Safety Engineer)

Location: Lot I2, D1 Street, Hi-tech Park, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh

Working time: 7AM – 4PM; Mon – Fri

Job Purpose:

Intel Vietnam site is searching for a passionate and energized Environment Engineer to drive and manage EHS programs and processes for Assembly Test Manufacturing (ATM) as it moves through tool install, qualification, start-up phases, and into a sustaining mode. Representing the Intel Environmental, Health and Safety EHS Organization in the area of environmental engineering.

  • Compliance with all applicable codes and regulations, including local regulations, and Intel policies.
  • Influencing partner organizations to increase ownership and buy in of environmental programs to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Interpretation of sampling data and preparing compliance reports.
  • Reviewing waste data and documents to prepare shipments to treatment suppliers.
  • Structure problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Teaming up with other EHS professionals on a site, regional and worldwide level to share learnings, increase innovation and drive synergy throughout Intel.
  • Partnering with factory customers to enable future technologies.
  • Completing compliance self-assessments to gauge the health of the environmental programs.
  • Identifying areas needed for improvement to ensure regulatory compliance is met.
  • Communicating at all levels in an organization, including contractors, technicians, engineers, and managers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification Skills (Must Have Skills):
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, or other EHS-related degrees.
  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in the EHS field. (1- 3 yrs experience in the semiconductor industry or international companies is preferred).
  • Preferred Qualification Skills (Nice to Have Skills):
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction, and as part of a larger team
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to solve complicated problems

  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
