  • Position: EHS Managerport Manager
  • Location: KCN Nhn Trch 2, X Nhn Trch, Tnh ng Nai
  • Working hour: Mon Fri (very rare onsite Sat, just base on some urgent needs from headquarters)
  • Directly reports to: Site Leader (or as assigned)

1. Job Purpose

The EHS Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and programs to ensure full legal compliance and alignment with corporate standards across the organization.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all company Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and programs.
  • Report directly to the Site Leader and act as a strategic partner to BU Leaders in Vietnam.
  • Lead and develop a professional EHS team, including EHS specialists and Medical Support Team, ensuring consistent and effective implementation of EHS policies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor environmental, occupational health, and safety management programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with local EHS regulations.
  • Lead the Project Management team to ensure facility expansion projects comply with EHS requirements, including:
  • Industrial Hygiene
  • Ergonomics studies
  • Emergency management per local regulations
  • Maintain and support the Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001standards.
  • Maintain the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Organize, support, and participate in internal and external EHS audits; report audit results to Corporate EHS.
  • Attend and support all EHS-related audits and inspections.
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, guidelines, standards, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

3. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or EHS-related discipline (Master's degree is preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of EHS experience, including at least 3 years in an EHS Managerial/Leadership role.
  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment in Vietnam is required.
  • Strong ability to manage upwards and collaborate laterally across the organization.
  • Experience working with corporate or regional functional partners is a plus.
  • Preferred certifications or experience:
  • EHS Auditing
  • Radiation Safety Officer
  • Laser Safety Officer
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
  • Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
