Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Entertainment Manager based in Nha Trang. The Entertainment Manager will be responsible for designing and executing creative entertainment programs by leading and managing a team of performers and coordinators. The role involves planning daily activities for guests, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, and ensuring all activities align with the hotel's high standards. Additionally, the Entertainment Manager will oversee guest engagement, monitor performance quality, and ensure an exceptional guest experience through innovative entertainment offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in entertainment, event planning, and activity coordination is required.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of guest experience enhancement and an understanding of various entertainment trends and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Adaptable and creative mindset, with the ability to design and deliver innovative programs tailored to a diverse audience.
  • Experience in hospitality or tourism industries is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in budget management and ability to monitor and optimize entertainment resources effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
