Job Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for an IBM Sterling Integrator professional who enjoys designing and supporting integration solutions, building efficient business processes, and working on complex B2B data transformation projects.
We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Integrator business process development, mapping, and integration solution design.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing B2B integration solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design efficient business processes, create data transformation mappings, support integration projects, and troubleshoot issues within IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize integration solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
- Design and develop business processes using IBM Sterling Integrator
- Create, maintain, and update mapping documents for data transformation processes
- Build and support data mappings for EDI, XML, flat files, and other integration formats
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to design and implement efficient integration workflows
- Provide technical expertise and support for B2B integration projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business processes, mappings, adapters, and integration flows
- Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / IBM Sterling Integrator
- Strong experience in business process development and mapping
- Good understanding of integration concepts, B2B workflows, data transformation, and file/message exchange
- Experience creating and maintaining mapping documents
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with process engineering and business process optimization
- IBM Sterling B2B Integrator certification
- Knowledge of EDI standards and protocols
- Experience with EDI formats such as X12, EDIFACT, or similar standards
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP/S, HTTP/S, or MQ
- Experience with Sterling File Gateway is a plus
