About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand market presence across the region. This role will focus on acquiring new enterprise clients, growing existing accounts, and building long-term revenue streams with large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and strengthen relationships with C-level executives, technology leaders, and customer experience stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
- Drive account growth and identify expansion opportunities across existing customers.
- Generate and close new business opportunities within target enterprise segments.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales pipeline, activity, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate opportunity management and forecasting through CRM systems.
- Lead consultative sales engagements focused on solving business challenges and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to maximize market impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, AI, cloud, or other technology-driven solutions.
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities and pipeline performance.
- Professional proficiency in English and fluency in the local language.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results and business development.
- Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition and enterprise account growth.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Established relationships with senior executives and enterprise decision-makers are highly preferred.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for executive audiences.
- Experience collaborating with system integration partners, cloud providers, or enterprise technology ecosystems is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
