The Role
This role is not traditional lead gen.
We are hiring an Enterprise Outreach & Market Development Associate to support early-stage commercial conversations with senior decision-makers.
Your responsibility is to:
- Open qualified conversations with the right stakeholders
- Validate strategic fit and timing
- Secure exploratory discussions for the BoostenX leadership team
This role sits between research, outreach, and commercial qualification not mass prospecting.
What You Will Actually Do
- Research target organizations and identify relevant stakeholders
- Initiate professional, non-salesy outreach via LinkedIn
- Engage decision-makers in discovery-oriented conversations
- Qualify interest based on scope, complexity, and readiness
- Schedule introductory discussions with BoostenX leadership
- Maintain structured records of outreach and responses
You are not expected to:
- Close deals
- Pitch pricing
- Send bulk or spam messages
Quality matters more than volume.
Ideal Target Profiles
- Founders, CEOs, COOs
- Heads of Operations, Growth, Digital Transformation
- Senior managers responsible for systems, workflows, or scale
Typical organizations:
- Fintech, financial services, SaaS, regulated platforms
- Multi-market or enterprise-scale teams
Performance Expectations
This role has clear but realistic output expectations, focused on quality.
- Target: 25 qualified exploratory meetings per month
- Meetings must involve:
- Relevant senior stakeholders
- Clear alignment with BoostenX's scope
- Willingness to explore workflow or automation challenges
Compensation Structure
This role follows a structured performance-based model:
Monthly Retainer + Performance Upside
- $500 monthly retainer upon meeting the target
If Target Is Not Met
- Compensation shifts to a per-qualified-meeting basis, agreed in advance
This structure is designed to reward consistency and professional execution while keeping expectations transparent.
