Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanoi for an Enterprise Architect or Senior/Lead Enterprise Architect. The [Senior/Lead] Enterprise Architect will [lead] join an EA team to design and manage the bank's enterprise architecture to ensure it aligns with business strategies and technological development.
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps across business, data, application, and technology domains.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to align technology direction with business strategy.
- Govern enterprise architecture decisions to ensure consistency, scalability, and reuse across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for technology simplification, modernization, and innovation.
- Provide enterprise architecture guidance for major initiatives, while Solution Architects design specific solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 (10+ for Senior/Lead EA) years of experience in enterprise architecture or senior technology roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of business, data, application, and technology architecture in regulated environments.
- Experience in enterprise architecture governance, target-state roadmaps, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- TOGAF and relevant cloud or security certifications are preferred.
