About the Role
We are looking for someone with strong English listening skills to support our media production team. Although the title includes translation, the main work is listening to English clips and trimming or marking the useful segments for editors. You will help organize content efficiently so our editing team can work faster and more accurately.
Responsibilities
Listen to English podcast and video clips
Understand context, key moments, and meaning
Trim, cut, or mark selected sections based on guidelines
Label and organize clips clearly for editors
Provide simple summaries when needed
Communicate with project managers for clarification
Requirements
Strong English listening comprehension
Comfortable with natural speech, accents, and fast dialogue
Basic ability to trim or mark clips (training provided)
Good attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and deadline oriented
Able to work independently
Nice to Have
Experience with any editing tools (basic is fine)
Interest in podcasts, media, or social content
Ability to recognize interesting or engaging soundbites
Willingness to learn scripting basics over time
