JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ENGLISH TEACHER.
- Evaluate employees English levels to design effective training materials that accommodate their busy schedules.
- Develop and deliver customized English language courses.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes.
- Regularly evaluate students performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions to ensure they are improving their language skills.
- Promote the use of English in everyday work situations, such as meetings, presentations, and email communications.
- Work closely with the company to align language training with company goals and individual development plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably with adult learners or professionals.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using digital teaching tools and online platforms to facilitate learning.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their language goals.
- Keep detailed records of employees study habits and monitor their learning progress.
- Class schedule: From 17:15 - 18:15 on Tue/Wed/Thur
- Offer both online and offline training sessions.
- Manage online classes with approximately 6 participants.
- Ability to inspire and motivate employees to learn and improve their English skills.
