Join our team as a Community Manager and help set the standard for community engagement in our new game! You'll be a key point of contact for players on Discord, leading onboarding, moderation, and technical support. Your collaboration will drive deeper community involvement and feedback directly into our development pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and educate newcomers with onboarding and game guides.
- Moderate Discord channels for productive, safe discussions.
- Launch engaging activities: contests, giveaways, and beta sign-ups.
- Offer technical support via Discord SDK and assist with in-game features.
- Relay critical player feedback and bugs to the dev team.
- Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports on community issues, sentiment, and creative contributions.
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent English; proven experience with gaming communities.
- Track record in gaming support, QA, or forum moderation.
- Skilled problem-solver with quick decision-making abilities.
- Organized, professional, and adaptable.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with content creation, Discord bots, and fan engagement.
- Degree or equivalent experience in communications.
