English Editor Intern

This position is part of our International Internship Program at the AhaSlides Hanoi office.

As an English Editor Intern, you will support the Content team in ensuring that English-language content is clear, engaging, and aligned with the AhaSlides brand voice. You will work on real publishing projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing global SaaS environment.

This structured internship is designed for international students who are seeking exposure to AI-assisted content workflows, SEO writing, and digital publishing operations at scale.

• Edit content (main quest 70%)
• You will write content people enjoy reading. You'll refine drafts into blogs that are playful, smart, and unmistakably AhaSlides. You'll fact-check, kill jargon, catch the weird AI hallucinations, and ensure every piece we publish sounds thoughtful and data-driven.
• Make it look good (20%)
• Create simple, on-brand infographics & blog visuals in Canva.
• Use AhaSlides to show how the product is used IRL, not just screenshots.
• No ugly walls of text on your watch.
• Publish content to the world (10%)
• Edit & publish posts in Webflow.
• Follow a repeatable workflow and help push a lot of content live, fast.

• International students who are currently studying or have recently graduated.
• Strong written English skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and sensitivity to tone.
• Comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines.
• Available for a full-time, on-site internship in Hanoi.

• Practical experience working in a global SaaS company.
• Hands-on exposure to AI + human content workflows at scale.
• SEO writing and digital publishing experience.
• Insight into how a SaaS brand maintains a consistent voice across high-volume content.

• Location:AhaSlides Hanoi Office (Vietnam).
• Working Hours:Monday to Friday, Vietnam business hours.
• Duration:Flexible, based on mutual agreement.
• Support:Monthly stipend provided to help cover basic living expenses.
