Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and support international customers via hotline.
Provide information on clinic services, procedures, and pricing.
Schedule and manage customer appointments.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate when needed.
Update customer information and record feedback accurately.
Qualifications
Good typing and basic computer skills.
Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
Good English communication skills.
Quick learner with strong adaptability.
Responsible and customer-focused attitude.
Working time: 11pm - 8am, Monday to Friday.
Location: Tan Binh, HCMC.
