They are looking for a foundational ML Tech Lead to architect the systems that allow AI to think, adapt, and act across millions of digital interfaces. THE CHALLENGE
As a Tech Lead, you will own the frontier of Agentic AI. You won't just be fine-tuning models; you'll be solving high-stakes engineering puzzles, including:
- Autonomous Reasoning: Building real-time infra for AI decision-making in noisy environments.
- Adversarial Engineering: Designing stealth systems to operate seamlessly across the global web.
- Hyper-Scale Orchestration: Managing thousands of headless browsers with ultra-low latency.
- Rapid Prototyping: Moving from impossible to Proof of Concept in days, not months.

- Architect the Future: Define the technical roadmap for our ML practice in Vietnam and influence our global strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS
The Essentials:
- Academic Foundation:Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. (PhD is preferred)
- Experience:8+ years of software engineering experience (or 4+ years post-PhD).
- Deep Learning Expertise: Strong track record of scaling systems using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Communication:Professional English fluency is required. You must be comfortable defending technical decisions and collaborating with global stakeholders in English.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale engineering efforts and plan multi-year technical roadmaps.
The Plus Factors:
- Experience training or fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of Information Retrieval (indexing, ranking, and vector databases).
- A background in Optimization, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- International Mindset: Vietnamese nationals who have studied or worked abroad (US, UK, Singapore, Australia, etc.) and are looking to make a massive impact in the local ecosystem.
