Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our hospitality venues in Phú Quốc.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance activities
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed
• Coordinate repairs and contractor activities
• Monitor building systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Support engineering projects.
• Minimize operational downtime.

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years of engineering experience within hospitality
• Experience supervising maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of MEP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
