1. Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Engineering) or related fields.
2. Experience
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in relevant engineering roles, with a minimum of 2 years at a management level within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in WCM / TPM is highly preferred.
- Experience in managing large-scale or complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with 5S, Reliability centered maintenance techniques and lean manufacturing.
- Experience managing large spare parts inventory and preventive maintenance programs.
