Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from design and development through deployment and optimization
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute product and technology strategy
- Drive architectural decisions that support scalability, security, maintainability, and reliability
- Contribute technically when needed while guiding teams toward best engineering practices
- Establish effective processes, delivery standards, and team operating models
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Engineering Management experience leading software engineering teams
- Bonus point: Strong hands-on background in Java development and backend platform engineering
- Experience building and scaling Java microservices in AWS or GCP environments, BFSI experiences
- Proven track record of delivering complex products and scaling engineering organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Passion for people leadership, coaching, and team development
