Fushan Technology Vietnam is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and support engineering operations in a dynamic CM/ODM manufacturing environment for US customers.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering team to support production and new product introduction (NPI)
Improve manufacturing processes, production efficiency, yield, and product quality
Work closely with Production, Quality, PMC, Supply Chain, and customers to solve technical and operational issues
Manage engineering projects and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Support process standardization and continuous improvement activities
Monitor engineering KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed
Support customer audits, engineering reviews, and change management activities
Coach and develop team members to build a strong engineering organization
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a CM (Contract Manufacturing) or ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) environment supporting US customers
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and engineering processes
Experience in consumer electronics manufacturing is preferred
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
